14-days money-back guarantee. The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is in the same condition as when purchased. The refundable amount will be processed within 3 working days for both domestic and international orders. Orders delivered within Kuwait must be exchanged or returned by visiting our stores, while orders outside Kuwait can be returned by shipping, with all costs borne by the customer. The shipping and delivery process takes 48 hours within Kuwait and 5-14 working days internationally
