Conditions:

1- Kindly Book your visit appointment one day in advance.

2- The visit duration shall not exceed one hour only.

3- The seller will wait the clients for 15 minutes maximum to meet them at the meeting point, afterwards the truck will move and go to the next customer.

4- The policy of replacement and retrieval is followed by the same shop policy.

Replacement or Return Policy:

1- The consumer has the right to replace, refund the goods within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

2- The item must be in the same condition when purchasing, and viewable according to the decision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
